 White’s Golf Studio was established in 1981 by Mr. Donald White. Donald’s primary business was repairing and refinishing wooden golf clubs. As the wooden clubs were fast becoming obsolete, Don focused on fitting and reshafting. Donald White is the inventor of the “FLEXMASTER”, a patented piece of equipment used in the measuring of shaft deflection and consistency. In December 2005 Donald White retired and sold the business to Joe and Vivian Leahy.
Joe Leahy worked for one of the largest golf retailers in the northeast, as well as an assistant at a local semi private country club. One of the first in the area to utilize launch monitor technology in the fitting process. Joe also uses his expertise as a Tech Specialist for Cobra Golf, and Harmon Golf (Boston Campus).
